The project is divided into 7 complementary and related work packages (WPs) with a duration of 36 months.

– WP1 is devoted to the installation of the equipment on the plant, the definition of the different functional and assessment Key Performance Indicators and the analysis of requirements for the training tools.

– WP2 deals with the implementation of the local and cloud infrastructure and with the pre-processing of the raw data to extract relevant features.

– In WP3 detailed procedures for KPIs calculation, events identification and interpretation and determination of the consequent actions are elaborated and implemented.

– WP4 focuses on development of education and training tools.

– WP5 is dedicated to the development of field tests and to the final system assessment for exploitation and transferability analysis

– WP6 focuses on dissemination and exploitation of the project results

– WP7 deals with management and coordination activities.
